Buyer Loyalty

Realtors, or rather most realtors work very hard for their clients. And when you go out on a whim one Sunday afternoon after you were told to make sure that you said you were working with me, and I couldn't attend the open house because I was doing an open house and you went in there, fell in love with the place, talked stories with the agent there......and all of the work that I had done for you is in vain. You see, we get paid when you buy a home.....and that is when you've actually moved and spent the night there for 5-7 days. We have no base salary, no benefits, no perks. And at the same time our code of ethics is strict to say that we can only work for the best interest of our clients. That doesn't mean for the best interest of our wallet.

Yes, many of us drive nice cars, maybe have nice houses and other things. Some of us work very hard for it, others are in debt up to their eyeballs, but for many of us who operate our business as a business, we need to provide a good vehicle to bring our customers around in and need to have technology at our fingertips through PDA's, smartphones, etc....not because we want to look cool, but because it helps us help you better with instant information and gratification.

I work with Buyers when I've done my job of explaining the benefits of Buyer's Agency and what I can do as one and what I can't do without one. It doesn't cost you, the Buyer anything except your loyalty.

If you have questions regarding this post, I'd love to answer it for you.
